The luxury flagship hotel of the Water Street District in Tampa. Top Tile supplied and installed Bianco Sivec marble tiles and vanity tops as well as matching porcelain tile for all guest rooms and suites for this new build project. Top Tile worked with the ownership group and designers for nearly a year to help select and source the right material to create the 5 Star look the property required while meeting the project budget. All of material was sourced directly from a European quarry and European tile factory to meet these key objectives.
