Tasked with matching the existing rare Black Peony granite floor for a lobby expansion, Top Tile turned to sister company ViaMaris Imports for the sourcing challenge. The stone was only quarried in limited areas in China's Henan Province and not only did we need to match the color and pattern of the existing lobby, we also had to find blocks large enough to reproduce the repeating 36 tile pattern.

The project scope also included restaurant floor tile installation and fabrication and installation of blue agate tops as well as renovation of the hotel's suites.
Top Tile also completed a later second lobby expansion with the same rare Black Peony stone flooring.
